About Us
The Asian Society for Emergency Medicine was officially inaugurated in Singapore on the 24th of October 1998 at the first Asian Conference on Emergency Medicine.
The conference was officially opened by His Excellency, Mr Yeo Cheow Tong, Minister for Health and the Environment.
Current Society Members of ASEM include - Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Bahrain, Thailand and India.
