EMS Training
One of the main focuses of ASEM is on EMS training. This aims to establish a good standard of EMS practice through excellent training principles and goals. An EMS training standard so established can be a reference model for adaptation into the diverse cultural and social backgrounds of different Asian communities
Emergency Medicine Training Curriculum
A committee has been formed to establish gold standards for training in emergency medicine. The final curriculum will be wide enough to encompass all key aspects in acute medical care and yet has the necessary versatility for "cross-platform" integration into the different practice environment of various Asian countries.
Directory of Emergency Physicians
The society will be setting up a directory of emergency physicians, a list that will provide the necessary information on the practice, preferences and contact addresses of emergency doctors throughout Asia. This hopes to be a effective mechanism for fostering cooperation and friendship amongst all emergency medicine practitioners in the region. Once the list is ready, it will be published in this site.
